Start with one conversation and a month of content. Keep going if it works. Everything here is month to month, nothing auto-renews, and you read three finished posts before you spend a dollar.
Ninety minutes of talking becomes a month of content and a foundation you can run without me. In your inbox in seventy-two hours.
You: ninety minutes, once.
Me: everything above.
One hour a month and you never think about posting again. Six months of this and people in your industry know who you are before you walk in the room.
You: one hour a month.
Me: everything else.
Same approach, twice as often. The work reacts to what's landing instead of catching up on a month that already passed.
You: 45 minutes, twice a month.
Me: everything else, and your people have me too.
Give me twenty minutes on the phone. Two days later you're reading finished posts in your own voice. If you wouldn't put your name on them, we're done, and it cost you nothing but the twenty minutes.
An agency can't do this. They'd have to pay a strategist, a writer, and an editor before you've spent a dollar, so they sell you a call and a deck instead. I'm one person. Twenty minutes of my time is cheap enough to give you, and it's the fastest way for both of us to find out if this works.
Website and funnel work is quoted separately. That's a project, not a retainer.
I don't take everyone. If I don't think I can make you worth reading, I'll say so on the call and we'll leave it there.
Depends what a client is worth to you. If one of them is worth ten thousand dollars, this pays for itself ten times over the first time somebody hires you because they'd been reading you since March. If one of them is worth two hundred, this isn't for you and I'd rather tell you now.
That's the whole calculation. It isn't really about content. It's about whether the people who could hire you know who you are before you're in the room with them.
You could, and it'll write you something clean that sounds like nobody. What it won't do is ask you the question that makes you say the thing you've never said out loud. It's never heard the story about the deal you lost. Neither has anybody else. That's the post that works.
You don't, which is why you read three of them free before you spend anything. That's the entire reason I do the twenty minute call.
A month of it. Written and video. That's the whole design: one conversation, enough material to carry you until the next one. If a month runs long, you'll have more than you need.
Tell me and I'll fix it. No revision limit and nothing to approve on a deadline. If you wouldn't put your name on it, it doesn't go out.
What did they have you do? Usually somebody writes generic stuff in your name, you quietly stop approving it, and it dies. This is the opposite. It's your material. You'll recognize every line.
It's one hour. That's the whole ask. You'll spend more than that this month opening a blank post and closing it.
Doesn't matter. You need expertise and opinions, not delivery. If you can talk about what you do at a table, this works.
Yes. Your voice, your stories, your content, the recordings, the strategy doc. If you stop working with me you keep every bit of it. Nothing is held over you.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I'll guarantee is a month of content you're proud to publish, three days after we talk. What happens after depends on you showing up for a few months, and that part's on you.
People usually notice something in the first few weeks. The real change takes three to six months of showing up consistently. What I'm handing you is the thing that makes consistency possible, which is the part almost nobody gets past.
An agency gives you six people who've never met you, each handing your voice to the next one. I'm one person, in the room, every session. That's slower and it doesn't scale, which is exactly why it works.
I turn work down. If your buyers don't look people up before they hire them, content isn't your problem and I'd be taking your money. I'd rather say that on a free call than six months in.
And there's nothing to escape from. Month to month, cancel any time, keep everything you've paid for. I'd rather you stay because it's working than because you're locked into something.
Twenty minutes. No pitch. If this isn't right for you, I'll say so on the call.
